DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and execute smart, data-informed SEO strategies aligned with business goals.

Conduct detailed keyword research to uncover high-impact opportunities.

Optimize content, metadata, headings, and URL structures for maximum visibility.

Work with content creators to develop engaging, search-optimized materials—think blogs, landing pages, guides, and more.

Run full-scale technical SEO audits and implement fixes (crawlability, indexing, site speed, mobile performance, etc.).

Build authoritative backlinks through strategic outreach and partnerships.

Enhance local SEO efforts across key global markets.

Monitor KPIs like traffic, rankings, backlinks, and conversions and translate them into actionable insights.

Stay sharp on Google updates, industry trends, and new SEO tools.

Partner with developers to ensure SEO best practices are baked into every update.

Keep an eye on the competition and identify new growth levers.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Proven track record as an SEO Specialist bonus if it’s in financial services, Forex, or brokerage.

Deep knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).

Strong command of Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.

Confident in running technical audits and implementing performance enhancements.

Experience with local SEO and multi-region optimization.

Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).

Analytical mindset with sharp problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication you can explain SEO to tech teams and non-technical stakeholders.
