MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Service of exclusive Multifunction Devices with priority Production Machines.

Covers the province of Limassol and Paphos.

Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.

Provide knowledge answers to questions about product technical issues.

Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs.
-
Data entry in product platform.
-
Completes the required documents provided by the internal operating procedures of the company.

Preventing Maintenance visits to customers premises.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
At least 3 years of relevant work experience.

Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
