MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain functional knowledge of the products, services and operations offered by the company

Handle any client and agent inquiry received to ensure high standards of client service and experience

Enter data in the company’s system

Deal with invoicing clients

Perform other duties as assigned
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Holder of university degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline
-
Previous working experience in a freight-forwarding role of at least a year
-
Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Fluency in any additional language will be considered an advantage

Computer literate. Excellent command of Microsoft Office

Strong attention to detail skills

Excellent communication skills
