MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily shop operations, including opening, closing, cleanliness and product presentation
- Ensure products are correctly displayed, priced and labelled
- Promote products, promotions and new launches to drive sales
- Supervise and support shop employees, ensuring excellent customer service
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues professionally
- Support sales targets and daily sales objective
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage
- Monitor stock levels, deliveries and replenishment needs
- Report incidents, operational issues and shop performance to the Director
- Support initiatives to improve sales KPIs and overall shop performance
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Retail Management or a related field is an advantage
- Previous experience in retail or shop management
- Experience supervising staff and achieving sales targets
- Communication and problem-solving
- Good command of English and Greek
- Computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- €18,000 - €24,000 Gross Per Annum
