An international engineering company specialising in the Oil & Gas industry is looking for a Site Administrator to join their Larnaca based team. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ of administrative experience and fluency in the English language. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and control the Site stores that include materials and consumables.

Manage and control the staff and labor camp / facilities.

Manage all the accounts and petty cash on site.

Record all spendings and invoices from suppliers, subcontractors, etc.…

Communicate with local authorities for all permits.

Manage communication with insurance companies.
-
Manage personnel well-being on site, and hospitalization requirements.
-
Organization of transportation of personnel from and to site.
-
Organize all clearance and inland transportation for equipment and materials being sent from abroad.

Plans and conducts Management review meetings and reports the meeting minutes.

Issue and analyze Improvement action forms and follows up on Improvement actions closures.

Monitor and report Stakeholders complaints and requests.
-
Responsible for compiling and analyzing Incident Reports
