An established firm based in Limassol which takes advantage of opportunities in the European real estate markets by offering investors the ability to co-invest on a transaction-by-transaction basis, are working with GRS to recruit a Site Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and will be the link between the property’s tenants and/or the property and/or asset manager. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensuring that the properties are properly maintained.
  • Dealing with technical operations, such as building, mechanical and electrical works.
  • Tenant relations, including handling requests for repairs and resolving complaints.
  • Collecting rents and maintaining accurate records of property activity, including payments, income, and expenses, enabling the property manager to chart the financial performance of the property.
  • Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and contractors to perform a variety of services to the properties.
  • Daily ad hoc services enquiries - Maintenance 24/7, housekeeping, security, property Management etc.
  • Preventive Maintenance schedule overviewing - where obliged.
  • Assets viewing - potential tenants when necessary.
  • Utilities monitoring.
  • Legalization process, renovations, preparation of Bill of Quantities.
  • Tendering, evaluation, Appointment of subcontractors.
  • Assets common expenses and agreements.
  • Participating in committee meetings.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Real Estate Property Management or Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
  • 2+ years’ experience in property management will be considered as an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Enhanced negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in computer programs, including AutoCAD software.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

  • Working Hours are Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00.
