MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensuring that the properties are properly maintained.

Dealing with technical operations, such as building, mechanical and electrical works.

Tenant relations, including handling requests for repairs and resolving complaints.

Collecting rents and maintaining accurate records of property activity, including payments, income, and expenses, enabling the property manager to chart the financial performance of the property.

Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and contractors to perform a variety of services to the properties.

Daily ad hoc services enquiries - Maintenance 24/7, housekeeping, security, property Management etc.

Preventive Maintenance schedule overviewing - where obliged.

Assets viewing - potential tenants when necessary.

Utilities monitoring.

Legalization process, renovations, preparation of Bill of Quantities.

Tendering, evaluation, Appointment of subcontractors.

Assets common expenses and agreements.
-
Participating in committee meetings.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Real Estate Property Management or Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
-
2+ years’ experience in property management will be considered as an advantage.

Strong interpersonal skills.
-
Enhanced negotiation abilities.
-
Proficient in computer programs, including AutoCAD software.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.
