An innovating and long-established Forex brokerage are working with GRS to recruit a Senior Media Buyer, for their Limassol operation. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build and manage campaigns for clients, incorporating nuanced strategy
  • Set quarterly goals and objectives, while hitting KPIs
  • Analyze and optimize media spending around ROI, focusing on data-driven tactics
  •  Prepare reports showcasing ad performance and share insights on current and future tests
  • Stay ahead of the curve on new strategies, advertising channels, conversion rate optimization techniques, and industry trends.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Experience in a similar position from the online industry
  • Previous experience managing $50K+ per month on native channels
  •  A deep familiarity with concepts like CPM, CPC, CPL, CPA and Raveshare
  •  Deep perspective on digital marketing with a strong understanding of how different media channels work together in a campaign
  •  Excellent research skills
  •  Drive, self-starter
  •  Strong written and verbal communication skills
  •  Promote a positive work environment that encompasses encouragement, recognition, appreciation, respect and teamwork
  •  Readily able to demonstrate critical-thinking skills
  •  An innovative problem-solver
