DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.

Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms.

Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posts.

Monitor social media channels for industry trends, and audience feedback, and engage with followers.

Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.

Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.

Prepare regular reports to communicate insights, trends, and the effectiveness of campaigns.

Plan, execute, and manage social media advertising campaigns.

Optimize campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.

Foster relationships with key influencers and brand advocates.

Engage with community members to build a loyal following.

Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.

Work with cross-functional teams to align social media content with broader marketing, PR, and business objectives.

Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and other content creators to produce high-quality content.

Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
-
Social Media certification from a recognized institution is a plus.

Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices.

Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.

Good understanding of social media KPI’s.

Familiarity with web design and publishing.

Excellent multitasking skills.

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.

Good time-management skills.

Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
