MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement a cross channel marketing plan based on specific targeted strategies.

Communicate with followers, respond to comments and queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.

Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of the company's social media accounts.

Collaborate with other teams, like graphic design and content creators to ensure communication and brand consistency.

Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily.

Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between followers and the company to ensure a positive community engagement.

Research and evaluate the latest trends and developments on social media platform technologies to find new ways to increase brand visibility.

Build key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
At least 2 years of proven working experience as a Social Media Manager

Fluency in English, both written and verbal
-
Have hands-on experience in content management.

Creativity, in order to deliver creative content (text, image and video)

Solid knowledge of online marketing channels

Team player
