MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and enhance applications using Mendix Studio Pro
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate ideas into functional solutions
- Build and maintain domain models, microflows, user interfaces, and integrations
- Ensure high-quality delivery through testing, debugging, and continuous improvement
- Support and optimize existing applications, resolving issues efficiently
- Actively participate in Agile workflows, contributing to team success and delivery excellence
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Mendix Rapid or Intermediate certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Solid understanding of low-code development principles and Mendix architecture
- Experience working with REST APIs and data modeling
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Curiosity and adaptability, with a willingness to learn new tools and domain knowledge
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, CSS, or cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Mendix Cloud)
- Familiarity with Mendix Atlas UI and custom styling (Sass/CSS)
- Exposure to workflow automation and Mendix Marketplace components
- Understanding of process optimization and performance metrics (KPIs, reporting)
- Experience with digital platforms in complex industries
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or automated testing
