Our client, a growing technology company developing innovative consumer AI products and is seeking a Product & Operations Manager to lead its product and business operations. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive product strategy, roadmap and priorities.
- Manage a small team and oversee recruitment, performance and daily operations.
- Work closely with engineering and marketing to deliver new features and launches.
- Use customer insights, analytics and testing to improve the product.
- Oversee suppliers, budgets, records and general business administration.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 3+ years’ experience in product management, delivery or a similar role.
- Experience managing teams and operational processes.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
- Experience in technology, consumer apps, subscriptions, fintech, iGaming, payments or similar industries is advantageous.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
- Based in Cyprus.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
- €45,000–€60,000 Gross Per Annum.
- Fully remote working from anywhere in Cyprus.
- Significant ownership of product strategy and business operations.
- Potential future board-level responsibility.
