The successful candidate will be expected to become an expert of the company’s solutions in terms of features, functions, limitations, and roadmap. Also, will work closely with clients (retailers, suppliers, brands and financial services), might have through service desk or phone. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide technical advice and innovative technical solutions according to client needs

Engage at pre-sales towards understanding requirements, scoping & offering, facilitating customer input to the delivery team and vice versa during implementation phase to ensure timely delivery

Remain actively in touch after sales towards customer delight, helping to unveil areas for improvement taking necessary action, as well as identifying next steps and areas for growth

Engaged in internal efforts for expanding our portfolio (sharing ideas, exploring market trends, competitive solutions)
-
Contribute to marketing activities/presentations and helping to streamline our delivery process

Educating new members of the team as they join
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Great communication skills
-
Past experience in a consulting, pre-sales, solution implementation or solution sales role around business-to-business software/technology solution is required
-
Experience in the retail industry such as Store Automation, Loyalty Programs, Payments or other Transactional Systems, Store Operations, E-Commerce or the Financial Services industry is preferable
-
Knowledge of Point of Sale systems, ERP systems or Mobile App deployment shall be considered a plus
-
Experience in dealing with international clients, especially in the Middle East will also be a major advantage

Ability to multitask
-
Well organized and great time management skills in order to meet deadlines

Fluency in English and/or Greek

Diploma or University degree in a Technology or Business field
