A fully licensed FX Brokerage company, specialising in Forex and CFDs with offices in Malta and other European locations is looking for a Spanish FX Account Manager to be responsible for business development and performance of sales activities by phone. The ideal candidate will have a Degree in a suitable subject, have experience in FX and be fluent in Spanish and English.   • Manage relationships with potential clients and existing clients
  • Reactivate old clients
  • Build solid relationships and trust with clients and improve business over the phone
  • Educate clients on how to use the company’s trading platforms
  • Educate clients on what is happening in the financial markets
  • Being proactive in contacting clients by telephone and email to promote the company’s products and services
  • Assist with incoming queries from all prospects and clients by telephone and email
  • Mother Tongue Spanish verbal and written is a must
  • Very good knowledge in English
  • Client focused with excellent customer service
  • Understanding of financial markets and trading, preferably with foreign exchange
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and target oriented
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Dynamic, self-motivated and competitive, with a strong desire to succeed
  • Work well independently as well as in a team
  • Excellent level of pay

  • Centrally located office in Malta
