On behalf of an established Forex Broker with offices in Limassol and international offices in Australia, GRS are seeking to recruit a Spanish Speaking Client Relationship Manager. The successful candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in forex sales and needs to be native/fluent in Spanish and must have a very good level of English. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with the on-boarding and conversion of leads to active clients
  • Manage relationships with existing clients
  • Developing the country, territory, or region you have been assigned to
  • Reactivate old clients
  • Educate clients on how to use the company’s trading platforms
  • Educate clients on how to trade financial assets
  • Educate clients on what is happening in the financial markets
  • Being proactive in contacting clients by telephone and email to promote the company’s products and services
  • Assisting with incoming queries from all prospects and clients by telephone and email
  • Entering and maintaining detailed and accurate records on the company’s systems
  • Achieving key performance indicators
  • Organizing and managing your workflow
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Native/Fluent in Spanish and English
  • At least 6 months of experience in a forex sales role
  • Binary options experience may also be considered
  • Client focused with excellent customer service
  • The ability to influence and persuade a mutually beneficial outcome for the company and the client
  • Ability to work shifts: 8 am – 4 pm and 12 midnight – 8 am
  • Excellent communication and written skills as well as attention to detail
  • A broad understanding of financial markets and trading, preferably with foreign exchange
  • Willing and flexible enough to work shifts to provide coverage for your territory when required
