The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of previous experience as a Retention Agent within the Forex industry and Speak Spanish to a Native level. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicating with customers and assisting with company's services/products.

Negotiating with customers to renew contracts and retain business.

Building positive relationships with customers and business associates.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Spanish speaking at Native level (speaking, reading and writing)

Be fluent in English

At least 1 year of previous experience as a Retention Agent within the Forex industry

Comfortable in formal settings with clients.

Excellent communication skills.
