GRS Recruitment is working with a well-established company in the FMCG and spirits industry to recruit a Spirits Brand Manager based in Larnaca. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the role will focus on managing and developing the spirits portfolio in the local market, supporting brand growth, commercial performance, and strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and trade partners.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support sales and commercial targets in close collaboration with the Sales team.

Manage and develop the spirits portfolio in line with market and business needs.

Build strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.

Monitor market trends and brand performance and identify growth opportunities.

Translate global brand strategies into effective local marketing and trade activities.

Organise tastings, training sessions, events, and in-store activations.

Support internal teams with product and brand training.

Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Events, and suppliers on brand initiatives.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or commercial roles, preferably in FMCG or beverages.

Strong knowledge of the local spirits market; an established industry network is an advantage.

Good understanding of brand, consumer, and trade marketing.

Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Fluency in English and Greek.
SALARY AND BENEFITS

€25,000 - €29,900 Gross Per Annum

Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
