GRS Recruitment is proud to announce an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Growth Lead to join our client, a dynamic Marketing company based in Limassol. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in Media and Marketing, aiming to drive strategic growth within a private company setting that comprises a close-knit team of employees. We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven Growth Strategist Lead to drive audience growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships for our flagship B2B events. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Market & Industry Research
  • Spot growth opportunities in new markets and regions.
  • Develop entry strategies based on market trends and data.
  • Stay on top of financial industry changes and align events accordingly.
Audience Growth & Engagement
  • Define key audience segments for each event.
  • Leverage insights to attract and retain high-value attendees.
  • Support sales and marketing with data-driven growth tactics.
Partnerships & Expansion
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships to boost event reach.
  • Evaluate new market opportunities for brand and event growth.
Insights & Strategy
  • Track performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Use data to guide decisions and optimize event strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing, content, product, and sales to align goals and execution
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 5+ years in business development, market research, or growth strategy—preferably in the trading, fintech, or events space.
  • Strong grasp of financial markets and fintech industry trends.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
