On behalf of our client, an international well-established healthcare provider, is working with GRS to recruit a Sustainability expert to be based in their Limassol office. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an enthusiastic and expanding team of an international Group. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Understand the Sustainability agenda of the organization
  • Coordinate and collect the status of actions & outcomes from all markets pertaining to the Sustainability priorities
  • Timely and proactive follow-up with markets and local management on the status of their delivery commitments to those priorities
  • Act as a sparing partner to guide and council market and/or divisional management (if required) on the actions that could take regarding the sustainability priorities and answering any questions they may have that will develop their understanding of the actions they will need to take to meet the priorities
  • Consolidate the status from all markets and regularly reporting to the CEO
  • Prepare reports/presentations for the CEO to update the Board of Directors & the Sustainability Sub-Committee
  • Prepare content of the Annual Sustainability Report that can highlight and describe the priorities, actions and achievements from across the organization in a suitable & professional manner
  • Provide relevant content for internal communications to highlight the sustainability agenda to employees across the organization
  • Collaborate with the CEO & Investor Relation on possible actions or sustainability areas that may require attention
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Passionate about Sustainability and the impact organizations can have to environments
  • Competent in EU Sustainability Regulations & Reporting Standards
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in a healthcare services organization is an advantage Comfortable with collaborating with people at all levels in the organization
  • Attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Willing to work with little guidance & get on with the task in hand
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Willing to travel (post Covid restrictions) from time to time
