One of the finance industry’s foremost outsourcing companies, specializing in the management of sales and customer relations for finance, online-trading and currency-trading products, are looking for a Swedish-Speaking Customer Relation Agent to join their team in St Julian’s. This is a dynamic and innovative business, seeking like-minded individuals to work in a fast-paced environment, where the opportunity for reward is unlimited! To excel in this role you will need to be a top-performing, proven Account Manager with B2B and B2C experience who will build and maintain relationships, primarily over the phone, with your portfolio of clients. You will combine a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and a genuine passion for the financial markets, to encourage ongoing trading activity from your clients crucial to the achievement of specific revenue targets. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Developing, optimising and executing strategic account and portfolio plans
  • Building solid relationships and trust with clients over the phone to improve business
  • Use sales experience and industry insights to encourage continual trading
  • Exceed client expectations through responsiveness, providing insights, marketplace knowledge, and quickly resolving technical issues
  • Responding quickly and efficiently to client issues and requests
  • Meeting and exceeding daily retention targets
  • Liaising with dormant clients and converting them into active ones.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in working with revenue targets
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics/Finance, will be considered an advantage
  • A passion for financial markets
  • Previous experience in Sales/Account Management
  • Strong and effective problem-solving ability
  • Flexibility to maintain focus through change, and thrive in challenging situations
  • Proven ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Ability to build strong and enduring relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity and meeting deadlines
  • Strong personality, infectious sense of enthusiasm, fun, and imagination associated with a group committed to developing the best search sales experiences in the world!
