The successful candidate will combine a deep understanding of financial markets with a passion for delivering excellent customer service, to build lasting relationships and drive business with Swedish-speaking clients. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting clients to register their accounts and start investing on our platform

Creating and maintaining relationships with clients over the phone

Liaising with potential clients and converting them into active ones

Undertake market research and stay abreast of market changes

Documents verification and collection
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Fluent in Swedish and English

Ideally at least 6 months experience in a similar environment

A-level Standard of Education or the equivalent
-
A Degree in Economics or Finance will be considered an advantage

Great communication skills and able to engage with all types of people

Eagerness to take responsibility and use your initiative

Be able to work effectively under pressure

Flexibility and able to work both individually and as part of a team

High capacity to learn at a rapid pace

Well-versed with the Microsoft Office suite including Excel and Word and Mail
