One of the finance industry’s foremost outsourcing companies, specializing in the management of sales and customer relations for finance, online-trading and currency-trading products, are looking for a Swedish-Speaking Sales Agent to join their team in St Julian’s. The successful candidate will combine a deep understanding of financial markets with a passion for delivering excellent customer service, to build lasting relationships and drive business with Swedish-speaking clients. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assisting clients to register their accounts and start investing on our platform
  • Creating and maintaining relationships with clients over the phone
  • Liaising with potential clients and converting them into active ones
  • Undertake market research and stay abreast of market changes
  • Documents verification and collection
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Ideally at least 6 months experience in a similar environment
  • A-level Standard of Education or the equivalent
  • A Degree in Economics or Finance will be considered an advantage
  • Great communication skills and able to engage with all types of people
  • Eagerness to take responsibility and use your initiative
  • Be able to work effectively under pressure
  • Flexibility and able to work both individually and as part of a team
  • High capacity to learn at a rapid pace
  • Well-versed with the Microsoft Office suite including Excel and Word and Mail
  • Outgoing personality
