MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

OS installation and configuration (Windows, Linux, Mac)

Configuration, deployment and maintenance variety of tools and applications

Data backup
-
Technical support of current employees and internal projects
-
Troubleshoot issues and outages
-
Keeping technical documentation up to date, managing incoming tech requests
-
Manage communications regarding technical issues and interruptions (predicted and unpredicted)
-
Maintain the database of all requests, resolution statuses using internal communication tools
-
Following the company’s security policies and procedures
-
Manage equipment transfer for newcomers and terminated employees
-
Requests statistics maintenance and analytics
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Excellent understanding of computer hardware
-
Experience with Active Directory (group policies, security policies)
-
Experience with terminal services (DHCP, DNS, VPN), POP3, SMTP, ARP, DNS, HTTP, HTTPS protocols
-
OS Administration (Windows, Linux, Mac), additional applications installation
-
Good knowledge of encryption algorithms with public and private keys
-
Confident skills in Windows (CMD, drivers’ installation)

Ability to learn new or unfamiliar technologies and programs using documentation and internet resources
-
Upper-intermediate English Language level and fluent Russian Language level
