A well-established forex company based in Limassol is currently looking to hire a Systems Analyst. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience in the financial, forex, or banking sector. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders

Develop detailed system designs and specifications that align with business needs and technical standards

Design, develop, and maintain APIs for system integration, ensuring they meet performance and security standards

Determine how specific tasks should be distributed among microservices

Develop integration strategies and solutions to ensure seamless interaction between front-end and back-end systems
-
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and best practices

Write detailed acceptance tests for each task, ensuring developers understand the tests they must implement

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system designs, architectures, and technical processes
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
At least 3 years of experience as a System Analyst, preferably in the financial sector, banking, or forex market

Deep understanding of financial markets, including forex
-
Understanding of the architecture and operation of financial IT systems, including back-office systems
-
Experience with SQL databases and knowledge of relational and non-relational database principles

Proficiency in modeling and prototyping tools (e.g., Visio, Miro)

Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills
-
Ability to quickly grasp new systems and technologies, translating business needs into technical requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Proficiency in English, Russian will be considered an advantage
