GRS Recruitment are working closely with an asset management organization in Nicosia which aims in achieving sustainable restructuring, sale of assets or liquidation in cooperation with borrowers to maximize the value of repayment of any credit facilities. We are currently seeking to recruit a Systems and Information Security Officer for a full-time contract of 2 years and the potential to renew. The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and be fluent in Greek and English languages.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Development and implementation of an information security framework, including an information security policy and a comprehensive information security program.

Planning, organizing and periodically assessing the level of information security.

Development, recording and implementation of policies and procedures related to the classification of information and their classification standards, the compliance of information systems with the information security policy, the management of access rights and the response to security incidents.

Develop, record and implement policies and procedures to protect information from unauthorized access or damage that may be linked to staff members, suppliers and other third parties or other causes.

Monitor staff compliance with information security policies, relevant standards and guidelines, processes and procedures.

Conduct special assessments and audits on matters related to information and systems security, including security audits of penetration tests to identify vulnerabilities in information systems and embed security safeguards.

Development and implementation of an education and training program on issues related to information security and privacy for all staff.

Participating in the required activities to implement effective security safeguards in the IT and network infrastructures and providing related guidelines to the Technology Service.

Development and implementation of an Information Security risk assessment and management program.

Preparation of reports on the evolution of the risk profile and general issues related to the management of Information Security Risk.

Any other work assigned to him by the Head of the Department.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor's degree (BA / BSc) and / or Master's degree (MA / MSc) in the field of Information Security / IT Engineering / Network Management / IT Infrastructure or other related field

CISM, ISO27001, CISA certifications will be considered as additional qualifications

At least three (3) years of professional experience related to the duties of the position preferably in a financial organization.

Very good knowledge and experience of risk assessment methodologies, application of 27000 standards, penetration testing, vulnerability assessment and SIEM log analysis and reporting

Very good knowledge of infrastructures/databases such as windows AD, LDAP, MSSQL, PKI, Identity Management, SSO, Firewalls, IDPS

Familiarity with cloud computing infrastructures will be considered as an additional qualification

Working Hours are Monday to Thursday 7:30-15:00 and Friday 7:30-14:30
