On behalf of our client, a well-established and fast-growing Forex Broker Company with offices in Paphos and Limassol, GRS are recruiting for a Systems Engineer to join their team in Limassol. The successful candidate will have 1 year’s previous experience and have knowledge of cloud technologies e.g., Azure Cloud/ Amazon AWS with CCNA knowledge will be a strong plus, very good knowledge of Windows Server and Linux OS and be able to work on call schedule. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensuring proper and smooth operation of the the CRM system. · Performing routine audits of systems and software, and resolving any problems identified

Monitoring our systems by using monitoring tools

Liaising with external associates for problem solving

Defining customers’ needs and functionality in a service development cycle

Identifying potential issues and integrate possible solutions
-
Evaluating the existing systems and provides the technical direction to IT support staff
-
Collaborating with other professionals to ensure high quality deliverables within organization guidelines, policies, and procedures
-
Providing guidance, support and training to staff on IT related issues
-
Administering the Company’s ticketing system and responding to staff requests in a timely manner

Providing 2nd level of support to the clients
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
BSc/MSc in Information Technology, or any other relevant field
-
At least 1 year of experience
-
Knowledge of cloud technologies e.g., Azure Cloud/ Amazon AWS

CCNA will be a strong plus

Very good knowledge of Windows Server and Linux OS
-
Proactive and efficient with strong organizational skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently

Able to work on call schedule
