An international employment services provider is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition & Culture Manager to join their team in Sliema. You will report to the Head of Operations and be a key member of the company by understanding the current and future talent needs across the business, working closely with the senior leadership team and managers on all internal hiring. Creating hiring campaigns and identifying and developing the most appropriate recruitment channels. Carrying out direct sourcing and headhunting to build strong pipelines to hire the best candidates efficiently and in a timely manner. Involved in 360 degrees recruiting from sourcing to advertising, interviews to referencing and onboarding. Other responsibilities include working with leadership team to embed the culture and values of the business by organizing events, social media campaigns and being an ambassador within in the business. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role and be proficient in not only sourcing top talent, but for the ownership of employee branding and recognition. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Pro-actively source candidates through multiple channels (e.g., job boards, social platforms and professional networks, etc): creating and manage the pipeline
  • Review job descriptions and adverts to attract the right talent
  • Plan interviews and the recruitment process (including screening calls/interviews, assessment,  f2f and video interviews) 
  • To manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all the business requirement across the different locations
  • Issuing job offer and employment contract, collecting onboarding documents and proof of eligibility (i.e.: passports, ID cards etc)
  • Managing the offer, closing and negotiating on salary.
  • Assisting Non-EU candidates with work permit applications and submitting their application to ID Malta via the E-ID
  • Initiate and develop a strong relationship with internal stakeholders to understand and assist with their Talent Acquisition needs.
  • Tracking and reporting recruitment data (i.e., turnover, new starter satisfaction)
  • Act as a business partner and educate those involved in the recruitment process through workshop and training
  • Responsible of People HR – ATS part
  • Develop robust and standard recruitment procedures, refine the current process (if needed) and follow the agreed recruitment process to ensure a thorough, consistent, and objective selection process with every candidate
  • Undertake thought, fair and well-evidenced interviews with potential candidates including briefing them on the interview process and maintaining their expectations effectively 
  • Partner with Marketing to create talent attraction initiatives (employee branding)
  • Deliver a high level of customer service and work to ensure the talent acquisition process is well managed
  • Manage the exit and off–boarding process
  • Working with the senior management team, to create a ‘live’ hiring plan, based on the current and future needs of the business
  • Always being an Ambassador (on Social Media and in public to networking events etc)
  • Assist in managing the performance management mechanism for the business – taking responsibility for maintaining and improving it
  • Working with the leadership teams to managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for identifying and creating our leaders of tomorrow
  • Collaborate on Learning and Development: understand employee areas of development and create ad hoc employee’s development programme
  • Maintain post-hiring contact with new hires to ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Assisting employees with the aim of enhancing the employee experience through the full employment lifecycle.
  • Employees’ recognition (i.e. working anniversary, birthdays, promotions, etc)
  • Create awareness around the Company’s Culture
  • Support managers to improve employee experience and streamline engagement initiatives across locations
  • Manage and contribute to improve employee retention
  • Event Management
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience.
  • Excellent organisation communication skills with a good command of written and spoken English.
  • Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Empathic and a real “people person”.
  • Strong team player skills and the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce.
