An international iGaming company which covers Sports, Slots and Casino is searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Malta. Our client prides itself on employee retention and they need your skills to find them the Cream of the Crop! You will report to the HR Manager and ensure the best human resources practices through innovative recruiting strategies. You will be the point of communication between job applicants and the hiring team to ensure the best practices and a smooth candidate journey. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in recruitment, ideally in-house and be used to working in a fast-paced environment, sourcing top talent. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Working with HR and the senior management team to devise recruitment strategies
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job evaluation and sourcing to offer stage
  • Participate in recruitment brief meetings with senior stakeholders
  • Draft job descriptions and publish them online
  • Screen candidates in line with the recruitment process
  • Review incoming resumes and qualify shortlisted candidates
  • Maintain interview and hiring records in line with internal policies
  • Prepare hiring paperwork and information packs
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly management reports
  • Assist HR with update of annual salary benchmark
  • Act as a trusted advisor to other global locations
  • Assist HR and Talent on other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous experience of working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong recruiter experience, ideally gained in-house
  • Be fun, be approachable and be creative in their thought process
  • Highly organised individual with experience of building strategic plans
  • Creative thinker, always thinking of innovative ways to attract and retain talent
