GRS Recruitment are working closely with a well-established brand that provides trading services for institutional and retail clients globally, supported by an experienced management team with over 20 years in the industry who are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to be based in Limassol. They offer a comprehensive range of compliant, flexible, and cost-effective trading solutions designed to prioritize client needs, whether for businesses or individual traders. The successful candidate will manage recruitment efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational policies, budget limits, and legal requirements. Key responsibilities include creating recruitment strategies, sourcing and screening candidates, and overseeing the hiring process from selection to onboarding. Additionally, you will provide internal training, assist with performance evaluations, and support managers in setting performance goals, all while promoting a positive candidate experience and a commitment to diversity and inclusion
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design and implement strategies to attract top talent.
  • Strategically advertise key positions to maximize visibility and attract the best candidates.
  • Source candidates via job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities stay within budget, with approvals for additional hiring as needed.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions aligned with the company’s goals and structure.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, ensuring clear processes and compliance.
  • Enforce internal recruitment policies and offer guidance to stakeholders through training.
  • Advise hiring managers on a candidate’s suitability and provide feedback.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process to strengthen the organization’s employer brand.
  • Facilitate coordination between candidates and hiring managers from application to employment.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate fit and interest.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and the Head of HR.
  • Deliver training on internal procedures, such as performance assessments.
  • Provide soft skills training and identify opportunities for further development, including external seminars.
  • Organize training sessions with external providers to ensure alignment with company standards and objectives.
  • Oversee the performance assessment process.
  • Analyze feedback and suggest improvements to internal processes.
  • Support managers in conducting effective performance evaluations, setting clear goals, and monitoring progress during probation periods.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Educated to bachelor’s degree level or the equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; an MSc in Human Resources Management is a plus.
  • Solid experience in financial services; familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and BambooHR is advantageous.
  • In-depth understanding of Cyprus employment legislation and GDPR compliance, with expertise in Cyprus Employment Law.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to discreetly manage and maintain confidential records.
  • Strong skills in advising on negotiations, employment relations, and other HR-related matters.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when needed.
