A leading legal & corporate services company is looking for a warranted Tax & Immigration Lawyer to join their team in Malta. This post could be an excellent opportunity for lawyers currently active in the immigration/private client sphere wishing to expand their horizons by also gaining experience and expertise in advising corporate clients on tax issues. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role and be a fully qualified lawyer. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide both legal and practical support to clients wishing to operate in Malta or make Malta their home

Regularly involved in advising on firm briefs across a range of practice areas, such as M&A transactions and asset finance, gaming, aviation, shipping

Represent clients involved in tax disputes with the local Revenue

Work closely with Tax Compliance Team to provide clients with a ‘one stop shop’ tax and immigration law service.
