A growing international IT services organisation is expanding and is seeking an experienced Team Lead - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to join its delivery team in Limassol. The successful candidate will take ownership of Business Central projects from end to end, combining hands-on functional expertise with project and team leadership. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Dynamics professional who enjoys working directly with clients, leading complex ERP implementations and developing consulting teams. The organisation delivers Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions to enterprise and multi-entity clients across Europe, the Middle East and North America. Its Business Central practice focuses on full-cycle implementations, NAV migrations and long-term support for finance-led organisations operating across multiple countries and currencies.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations within agreed scope, budget and timelines.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests, escalating proactively with clear options and recommendations.
- Provide regular project status updates to client stakeholders and internal management.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet required quality standards before client submission.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining delivery quality and client satisfaction.
- Lead requirements-gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews with finance and operations teams.
- Conduct fit/gap analysis and prepare conceptual and functional solution design documentation.
- Configure, test and support Business Central, with strong expertise across the finance functionality, including:
- Provide practical advice on business process improvement and user adoption, going beyond system configuration.
- Work closely with developers and technical teams to ensure functional requirements are translated effectively into solutions.
- Allocate work across consultants and developers and monitor progress against delivery plans.
- Review project deliverables and provide guidance to ensure consistency and quality.
- Coach and mentor consultants in functional expertise, client management and documentation.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and performance feedback within the Business Central practice.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of delivery methodologies, templates, standards and best practices.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Dynamics NAV.
- Experience delivering at least 12 full-cycle implementations, with a significant leadership role.
- Deep functional knowledge of Business Central Finance, including GL, AR/AP, fixed assets, multi-currency and consolidation.
- Working knowledge of at least one additional Business Central area, such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects/Jobs or Warehousing.
- At least 2 years' experience leading or supervising a delivery team.
- Proven ERP project management experience, including project planning, budgeting and stakeholder management.
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Microsoft MB-800 Business Central Functional Consultant certification.
- Experience working with multi-entity, multi-currency or group consolidation environments.
- Familiarity with Power BI and/or Power Automate.
- Understanding of Business Central extension development using AL, sufficient to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Experience with Microsoft Sure Step or hybrid Agile/Waterfall ERP delivery methodologies.
- Greek language proficiency would be a strong advantage.

- The position is open to candidates based in Cyprus, Greece, Lebanon, the UK or Portugal, as well as fully remote candidates who can work effectively within the EET/CET time zones. Cyprus and Greece are preferred locations.
- Occasional travel to client sites will be required, primarily for project kick-offs and go-lives.
- Working hours will generally align with EET/CET, with flexibility expected around critical project and go-live periods.
