MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and manage a team of Account Managers, ensuring top performance in handling B2B client accounts. Foster a collaborative environment and support the professional development of each team member.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key B2B partners. Work closely with the Sales team to onboard new clients and maintain long-term partnerships. Regularly hold review meetings to address client needs.
  • Proactively drive upselling initiatives, promoting new products and premium offerings to existing clients. Collaborate with clients to expand product use and achieve revenue targets.
  • Facilitate smooth cooperation between Account Managers and departments such as Product, CRM, Operations, and Compliance. Ensure timely and effective communication to resolve client inquiries.
  • Oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring efficient daily operations and clear communication. Report on KPIs, revenue, and key client metrics to senior leadership.
  • Align the team with business goals, ensuring individual and collective targets are met. Monitor performance and implement strategies to achieve departmental KPIs.
  • Understand partner marketing strategies and business needs. Provide training and support for team growth and success.
  • Ensure excellent communication between the team and clients, addressing inquiries quickly and fostering long-lasting partnerships.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows, engaging with potential clients and showcasing products. Be available for business travel as needed.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Solid experience in team leadership, preferably in Account Management or B2B services.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on performance management.
  • Proven relationship-building and client management abilities.
  • Experience in collaborating with internal teams across functions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly Excel).
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Attention to detail and high-quality work.
  • European citizenship required.
