A global leader in security analytics software who is working with international and enterprise organizations is working with GRS to recruit a Tech Talent Acquisition Consultant on a short-term contract for 3 months in their offices in Limassol. As a Tech Recruiter, you will identify, attract, and hire top technical talent whilst collaborating closely with Hiring Managers. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and support function roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Proactively source candidates using a variety of platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, and tech communities.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical talent for current and future hiring needs.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and technical skillsets needed for success.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and market insights.

Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.

Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing the company’s culture, values, and opportunities.

Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in the tech industry.

Provide hiring managers with insights to make informed decisions.

Use recruitment tools and platforms effectively (e.g., ATS like Comeet, sourcing platforms and technical test tools).

Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. A Master’s degree in Human Resources, MBA or HR certifications will be considered an advantage.

5+ years of experience in recruiting for various technical roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps, QAs, Product Managers, etc.

Familiarity with key programming languages, tech stacks, and emerging technologies to identify qualified candidates effectively.

Develop and implement efficient recruitment strategies to streamline the mass hiring process, ensuring that open positions are filled with top talent within proposed deadlines.

Hands-on experience in conducting thorough background checks as part of the hiring process.

Experience in using ATS platforms, sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri), and coding test platforms.

Proven experience in managing campus recruitment initiatives, including establishing strong connections with colleges and universities.

Experience in organizing and overseeing career fairs.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.

A collaborative approach with the ability to work across global teams and time zones.

Fluency in English
