Our client a luxury property development company in Malta are looking for a Technical Assistant to join their team and support the Facilities Management team. Reporting to the Facilities Manager you will be working within the commercial building complex and ensure the highest possible standards in accordance with our client’s regulations. You should hold at least the ‘Ene-malta license’ A (and B is considered a plus) and have relevant experience in similar roles. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the technical officers in maintaining the complex, external areas, and associated plant

Perform daily scheduled routine checks on the various installed services,

Provide technical and general support to other servicing teams and sub-contractors,

Attend fault-finding and repair jobs in various apartments and commercial outlets.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Possess a pleasant personality, are a team player, and is self-motivated.

Excellent at time-management efficient, and capable of working with on your own initiative.

An effective communicator in both Maltese and English

IT skills (essential).

Possession of the Ene - Malta License A& B will be considered advantageous
