Maintains high level client relationship and ensures clients satisfaction.

Liaises with the clients and the Technical and Property Manager to organize maintenance and manage all aspects of assigned properties.

Inspecting and arranging maintenance to meet standards.

Oversee Sub-contractors.

Supervise the work performed with regard to quality, cost, time, and follow-up in accordance with the agreements with the subcontractors.

Maintain a positive, productive relationship with clients / tenants.

Oversee properties’ personnel (sub-contractors) and assess its performance.
-
Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs; planning renovations; contracting with landscaping and snow removal services

Negotiates and prepares the tender documents and specifications for the subcontractors.

Assist with the preparation and the implementation of the Health, Safety and Environmental policy of the Project based on the all applicable laws and regulations.

Performs periodic inspections at the Project to identify potential maintenance problems.

Ensures that all related reports are completed on a timely basis.

Has direct communication with the clients and vendors and explains precisely the way a problem at a property would be solved in a timely and professional manner.

Inspects properties to identify problematic areas, suggests solutions on a regular basis and resolves any problems.

Proposes ideas and suggests/implements solutions which will minimize maintenance costs.

Ensures that all activities performed are aligned with Cyprus law and regulations.

Effectively communicate work-related information to top management.

Manage general maintenance repairs and project's day-to-day operational aspects.

Quickly and professionally respond to requests from superiors and maintenance services.

Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks.

Identify and report the need for major repairs.

Regularly inspect the exterior and interior of the common areas of the residences for any potential dangers or issues.

Comply and promote the Health, Safety and Environmental policy of the Project based on all applicable laws and regulations.

Comply with the policies and procedures of the company.

Carry out any other reasonable ad hoc duties in order to support the Technical & Property Management Department.

Carries out any other assignment that the company will find appropriate regarding the job role.

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering

3 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar position.

Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written.
