GRS Recruitment is partnering with an innovative and fast-growing brand in Limassol seeking a Technical Presales Specialist to play a pivotal role in shaping and securing complex, high-value projects across the transportation, shipping, and digital infrastructure sectors. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded professional who enjoys combining technology, strategy, and client engagement. You will lead the early stages of strategic opportunities — transforming customer challenges into practical, competitive, and deliverable solutions. Working closely with sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams, you will help design solutions that are technically sound, commercially viable, and operationally effective.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with the business development team during technical discussions and client engagements.

Analyse customer requirements and translate them into structured, solution-focused proposals.

Provide technical expertise and input for proposals, RFIs, and RFP submissions.

Create high-level solution architectures, diagrams, and supporting documentation.

Support product demonstrations, workshops, and technical Q&A sessions with clients.

Proactively identify risks, assumptions, and dependencies early in the sales lifecycle.

Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility.

Ensure a seamless transition from presales to delivery once projects are awarded.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Solid experience in presales, technical support, solution consulting, or systems engineering within a B2B technology environment.

Excellent understanding of cloud technologies, cybersecurity, networking, or enterprise systems.

Ability to produce clear, professional technical documentation and solution diagrams.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and practical way.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.

Experience in maritime, ports, logistics, or digital infrastructure sectors is advantageous but not essential.
