This company offers a B2B service and are a platform aggregator within the iGaming industry. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor numerous systems

Provide basic B2B and in-house technical support via email/ticketing platform

Participate in functionality tests & new application introductions

Creating reports at the request of the line manager
-
Consult our clients about the specifications of the company’s products
-
Collaborate with other team members to provide high-quality support
-
8-hour shifts – day and night, flexible working schedule
-
Initial and regular trainings
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Decent PC literacy - MS Office, a basic understanding of website components and frontend/backend structure
-
Ability to multitask, experience with Alarm and Monitoring services is a plus
-
Ability to work in an already-defined style
-
Very good command of English (B1-C1)
