A long-standing manufacturer of Motors and Controls with offices in France, Cyprus and in 80 other counties, is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a Technical Support Specialist for their Limassol based team. The company is offering a wide range of motorized solutions and control points for smart home systems and is looking for a graduate who is looking to start a career in the engineering field. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES
  • Provide technical support & internal product support by phone, emails, and web cases through Salesforce
  • Provide step-by-step instructions to fix technological issues
  • Acquire and transfer product knowledge (wiring instructions, product specific functions) to sales managers and customers.
  • Conduct trainings for customers and internal teams in person and virtually
  • Work with Technical Support manager to ensure and find solutions to more complex issues
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, ideally.
  • Any prior working experience will be considered an advantage
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal
  • Good attention to detail skills
  • Good communication skills
