The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar post and would have an advantage by having a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify training needs

Create and run online and face-to-face training programs across the entire Group Products and Services plan

Responds promptly to customer inquiries

Logs calls into the CRM database

Diagnose product-related issues by investigating and interpreting customers’ issues

Solves customers’ issues by following written instructions and procedures, while conveying them to the customer

Identifying proper product usage and suggest corresponding devices and techniques to customers.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, or any related background will be considered an advantage but it is not a must. Candidates with no degree but with some experience in Electrical Engineering will also be considered

Fluency in the English language both verbal and written

3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role
