A global Payments Services & Software Company is looking for a talented Test Automation Analyst to join them on a very exciting project! You will form part of the delivery team and will analyse requirements, define test scenarios and build and maintain automation test suites. You will look at ways to simplify testing and improve efficiencies through different methods including the building of necessary tools where it may be required. The ideal candidate will have relevant certification and a good understanding of testing concepts. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Create, execute, monitor and maintain test scripts

Analyse software requirements and ensure they are well defined

Write test cases (manual and automated) based on software requirements

Analyse, report and follow up on identified issues through issue tracking system

Define test data, build test cases and maintain data in our environments

Perform end to end testing in collaboration with other teams including developers and QA
-
Maintain automation test suites for Smoke, Functional, Regression and Performance tests to ensure code is functioning as designed

Build necessary tools to simplify testing, automate processes and improve efficiencies
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Have a recognised and relevant certification in either in Business and Computing, Software Development or a related field

A good understanding of testing concepts

Have strong organisational and time management skills, able to prioritise across different tasks and meet deadlines as per business objectives

Fluency in written and spoken English

Good analytical and problem-solving skills to build tests and analyse issues

Proficient with scripting languages, python would be preferred

Familiar with building complex SQL’s and stored procedures, continuous integration tools such as Jenkins and testing frameworks such as Robot or Selenium

Hands on experience using Postman or equivalent

Worked on Excel and VBA Macros
