MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide support to clients remotely

Correct faults and provide resolution of complex problem tickets

Perform PC and network troubleshooting and upgrades remotely
-
Remote network support and troubleshooting
-
Perform network analysis and capacity planning
-
Contribute to the administration of network backup and disaster recovery
-
Contribute to the planning and implementation of multiple projects
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Proven experience providing troubleshooting assistance to business end-users.
-
Experience in working with ZenDesk and/or Jira, Linux (Ubuntu*), debugging UI & API issues will be considered an advantage
-
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in the context of prioritizing issues and ensuring proper categorization of helpdesk tickets.

Ability to work as part of a remote team

Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English

BSc/BA or dimploma in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
