They are seeking a Trade Support Analyst to join our growing Trade Support team and deliver a high-quality service to their customers. The Trade Support Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining our customers’ trading systems and platforms and a shift rotation basis. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with our customers and their internal teams in providing a high-quality service

Monitor and maintain customer trading systems and platforms
-
Monitor exposures according to established rules and guidelines and coordinate with Risk Management on hedging
-
Work closely with customer’s risk and compliance teams to maintain a structured risk-controlled trading environment, and ensure trading systems are fully operational, handling related issues in a timely fashion

Verify markets swings and associated P&L, prior to release of client funds

Ensure all trading activities adhere to regulatory and risk frameworks

Keep abreast of market and economic developments

Complete any ad-hoc projects as instructed from time to time.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Previous experience in a similar role, preferable

Good proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail

Customer-oriented with a strong willingness to achieve results

Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365 applications

Strong ability to learn and navigate new systems/ platforms quickly and efficiently
