Our client is a leading Brokerage that provide Forex, CFD trading and related services to retail and professional customers across the globe. They are looking for a Trade Support & Front Office System Manager to join their Team in Abu Dhabi. Ideal candidate will have extensive experience with MT5. Also looking for someone who understands  listed derivative, exchange traded markets ideally with good TT/CQG experience.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Take primary lead role in all client trading activities.
  • Handling clients and groups allocations in all Trading Platforms.
  • Configuring clients and groups settings (Margin rates, visible symbols, Markup, Commission, Swaps etc)
  • Management and training of Trade Support team.
  • Ensure to escalate issues to suitable IT staff if necessary.
  • Learn proprietary trading system functionality along with back off company support to communicate effectively with clients and resolve customer queries.
  • Manage circumstances inclusive of incident resolution process as well as client communications.
  • Development of Trade Support function to fit business needs in future. 
  • Be responsible for the accurate and timely addition and settlement of markets.
  • Be responsible for the regulatory monitoring of client trading.
  • Be responsible for reporting to the Board on Trading activity and strategic idea generation.
  • Build a positive and productive culture in the workplace 
  • Project management of all trade related initiatives.   
  • Liaison with all 3rd party trading platform vendors.  
  • Internal liaison with Board and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Close cooperation with IT department to ensure platform availability 24/7.
  • Implement new business strategy where required/necessary.
  • Identify, escalate and mitigate business risks.
  • Partner with the business, Operations and Technology in the definition of future workflows and implementation of related technology and infrastructure projects to prepare the business to meet the requirements of an ever-evolving market structure 
  • Partner with the relevant external service/ infrastructure providers 
  • Business representation in respective internal/external working groups 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
 
Qualifications   
  • At a minimum of bachelor's degree is required.
Experience
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in the global financial market
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management position
Skills
  • Strong business flow knowledge.
  • Individual needs to be performance-driven, proactive, with proven ability to take on challenges, set and execute agenda. 
  • Candidate should be a dynamic self-starter with the ability to work either on their own initiative as well as be a solid team player with strong problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to evaluate and identify areas of risk. Identify and implement best practices and in some cases help shape the risk and project agenda. 
  • Managerial skills providing guidance and coaching to junior employees 
  • A willingness to engage in a wide range of issues at all levels of detail will be vital. 
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible to changing priorities and demonstrate good organizational skills. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently across all levels. Ability to confidently face off to senior management across divisions 
  • Good interpersonal skills to build cross-divisional relationships; gain support and respect from key stakeholders (Business Unit, Operations, FCG, Legal & Compliance) 
  • Ability to multi-task in a high intensity environment 
  • Ability to deliver on plans, complete next steps and resolve issues in a timely manner 
  • Computer Skills - Should have advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point including macros & function.
