On behalf of our client, a well-established, well known, and growing Forex company, GRS are seeking to recruit a Trade Support Officer to join their team in Limassol. The successful candidate will be a results-driven and reliable individual who is looking to grow with the business through commitment and high-quality work, and IT background will be preferable. The successful candidate will provide first and second line technical support to scope markets internal staff and external clients, will work closely with technology providers and Meta trader admin. The role requires investigating trading issues configuration of new liquidity providers and managing configuration changes in xcore and one zero technology. The objective of the role to have L1 and L2 technical support to our employees and external clients, by managing technical trading platform support and insure, system availability during market trading session. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Day to day monitoring and analysing trades and prices.

MT4/MT5 Administration Install, update and configure MT4/5 servers, backup server and Access points.

Monitor and maintain all MT4/5 Servers and associated plugin/gateway.

Conduct Test Plug-ins and Manager-API applications.

Generate reports from the trading/bridge platforms.

Provide cross department assistance and ensure all tickets are answered in timely fashion.

Investigate and resolve various incidents relating to trading systems
-
Control of security and integrity of the trading infrastructure.

Document existing procedures and policies.

Manage and ensure seamless operation of MT4/5 platforms and other trading applications
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Good Knowledge of MS Excel including pivot tables.

Any knowledge MT5 admin and manager is desirable
-
Robust personality; ability to manage pressure and a flexible, amicable personality.

Fluency in English is mandatory; a second language is useful.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good understanding of TCP/ IP and LAN/WAN.

Good understanding of Security/ Firewalls.

Strong IT background.

Ability to work under pressure efficiently
