GRS Recruitment is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trading & Reporting Specialist to join an established international consultancy in Cyprus, to be based in either their Limassol or Nicosia offices. As a Trading & Reporting Specialist, you will be an integral part of the International Compliance and Advisory Department, supporting clients across investment firms, funds, crypto providers, gaming licensees, and other regulated entities. You will provide regulatory consultancy, perform compliance reviews, and contribute to internal audits related to trading and reporting.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide consultancy support to regulated entities, including Investment Firms, Funds, Fund Managers, Crypto Providers, and Gaming Licensees.

Supervise compliance and internal audit assignments related to trading and reporting (EMIR, MiFIR, Best Execution, etc.).

Conduct policy and procedure reviews, prepare and review monitoring programs, assess controls, and perform health check audits.

Communicate with regulatory authorities (e.g., CySEC, FCA, MGA, MFSA, FSC).

Coordinate with internal control functions such as Compliance, Internal Audit, and Risk Management.

Ensure operational procedures comply with industry practices, internal procedures, and regulations.

Undertake internal and external training sessions and seminars.

Conduct client interactions via meetings, calls, emails, and e-meetings.

Perform research, desk-based reviews, verification checks, and prepare regulatory materials (memos, presentations, publications).
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
BSc in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–3 years of relevant experience in dealing departments of investment firms, EMIR, and transaction reporting.

Proficiency in trading platforms (MT4, MT5) and specialized financial software.

Fluent in English and Greek (written and spoken).

CySEC certifications (Basic, Advanced, or AML Examination) would be advantageous.
