GRS Recruitment is excited to announce an excellent opportunity for a  Trading Platform Administrator to join our client, a prominent Forex Trading company located in Limassol. This role is perfect for candidates who have a solid background in MT4 or MT5, coupled with experience in Forex or Fintech environments. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Ensure stability, security, and high availability of MT4/MT5 servers and trading platforms
  • Manage and configure trading & aggregation engines, bridges, and liquidity provider connectors
  • Conduct regular maintenance, updates, and optimizations for trading infrastructure
  • Provide technical support for trading services and address platform-related issues
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
  • Implement and maintain risk management protocols within trading systems
  • Participate actively in the development of complex applications and system improvements
  • Conduct testing and validation of trading platform functionalities
  • Stay updated with industry trends and recommend new technologies for system enhancements
  • Provide technical assistance to other departments regarding platform-related matters
CANDIDATE PROFILE 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
  • Advanced knowledge of trading platforms such as MT4/MT5 and cTrader
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in MT4/MT5 server administration and bridge management (OZ and YB experience is an advantage)
  • Experience with CRM, Atlassian, Jira, and other relevant tools
  • Strong understanding of networking services and database concepts (MySQL/SQL)
  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems is a plus
  • Understanding of foreign exchange products, CFDs, and securities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Effective time management and teamwork skills
