A market leader in global financial services next-generation multi-channel trading software, systems and liquidity services are working with GRS to recruit a Trading Solutions Analyst to be based in their rapidly expanding Limassol operation. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a customer support role within the Forex sector. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support, monitor and operate our live trading platforms in a shift-based rotation
  • The Client Services team has various areas of responsibility, from monitoring and managing our large datacenter installations, setting up advanced solutions with our clients to maintaining relationship with designated clients and handling client queries on an ad hoc basis
  • Configure and roll out technical solutions for client
  • Assist the sales team with developing business
  • Setting up client’s accounts in various systems and according to client’s specifications
  • Risk management (matching trades monitoring outside of normal working hours of the Operations department)
  • This position is both technical and business focused and gives you a great opportunity to learn and experience the full lifecycle of advanced global financial trading. You will be given full product training
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Experience and background within the financial services industry; in a FX/OTC product trading support role or in a similar position
  • High analytical skills
  • Stamina, flexibility, hands-on and ability to work both independently and as a team player
  • Ability to work in a structured way with clients and the business unit
  • Clear communicator, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise issues and workload
  • To be client focused
  • Proactive, self-motivated, quick learner and innovative
  • General understanding of networking, Windows servers and application life cycle is a plus
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday with shifts of 11:00-19:00 and 16:30-00:30
