MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing a high volume of calls from employers and job seekers advising them and directing their calls.
- Creating presentable and professional CVs on behalf of job seekers to submit to GRS clients
- Writing and posting engaging job adverts to attract talent
- Marketing Vacancies on social media channels for maximum exposure
- Supporting the team of Consultants in administrative tasks
- Holder of a Degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources
- Computer literate
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Willingness to learn
- Adaptable and able to work to initiative
- Fluent in Greek and English
