Our client a leading provider of industry-focused assurance, tax, and advisory services for its clients and their stakeholders are now seeking a Training Coordinator to join their HR team in Malta. This is an opportunity of a lifetime if you are looking to get into L&D or the training as a career. To be successful in this role you would need to be highly proactive and organized and it will be an advantage to have worked in a similar role in L&D or training. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Day-to-day coordination of all external training sessions including invites and the organization of training materials.
  • Monitor attendance and update records
  • Organize training rooms, set ups and liaise with trainers and participants
  • Collect and analyse feedback, reporting to relevant parties
  • Cooperation with supporting roles and filling in when required (for example covering the front desk or other areas as needed
  • Preparation of various reports
  • Support smooth running of training tenders as needed
CANDIDATE PROFILE  
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent relationship builder with the ability to create rapport with students, clients, and internal parties
  • Ability to carry out basic research efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong proficiency in office software, excel, google tools etc
  • Having worked in a similar environment (ideally in L&D or training) with the ability to juggle many tasks an advantage but not essential.
