Our client, a leading international service provider for the gaming industry in Malta is seeking a Training Specialist to join their rapidly growing team. The successful candidate would report to the Quality Assurance and Optimization Manager and be responsible for training new employees and supporting experienced employees to improve their performance. Duties include creating educational material, conducting training sessions, and identifying skills gaps. You will have a background in training and development, ideally, experience with e-learning and in-person learning. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conducting orientation for new employees and providing induction training on internal systems and operations policies and procedures.

Developing education materials, such as training manuals, presentations, and instructional videos.

Ensuring that training content is always updated.

Tracking the team product knowledge and performance to assess training effectiveness and accordingly, identify training needs.

Designing and coordinating training plans for the department.

Ensuring all agents are well informed on new products and processes.

Liaising with team leaders and managers to conduct on-the-job coaching.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Has an excellent understanding of Customer Care.

Has very good knowledge of the iGaming sector and related products
-
Possesses at least 1 year of experience working, as a Trainer or similar role.

Has excellent command of written and spoken English (C1 certification) or 2 years of work experience in an English-speaking environment.

Has a captivating presence and a patient, as well as emphatic disposition
-
Is an effective communicator with strong conflict resolution skills.

Is familiar with learning management systems.

Has basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Suite.

Additional certification in business leadership, eLearning software, and/or adult education will be considered an asset.
