Our client, a well-established ship management company with a distinguished global reputation, is currently expanding their team and recruiting a Travel Assistant for their Limassol based team. With a network over 7 countries and a long history of business sustainability and client-focused ethos, our client offers an amazing employment opportunity for a Travel Assistant. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role and be fluent in English at a professional level. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Processing air travel booking requests in due time, cost efficient and on a convenient routing.
  • Handling all Travel Section administration work as instructed by the Travel Manager.
  • The Travel Assistant reports to the Travel Manager. The Travel Manager will approve a suitable backup arrangement for periods of absence.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • A graduate of a high school or college.
  • Have good command of the English language.
  • Conversant with IATA regulations regarding ticketing.
  • The knowledge and ability to create convenient routing by using the 'Worldwide Airline Guide'.
  • Working knowledge of computers.
  • Good knowledge of email, telex and fax communications.
