GRS are recruiting for an established company providing the Aviation industry with international cargo logistics and aircraft technical solutions, and now seeking a Treasury & Finance Executive to join the team in Malta within their Finance Team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- In charge of payment run/s processing in both the accounting software and banking portals
- Review of creditors reports and follow-up of outstanding items
- Reconciling bank incoming and outgoing payment
- Balance Sheet reconciliations and clearing of outstanding items
- Preparing Cash flow reports, forecasting and related analysis
- Handling finance queries from banks, suppliers, customers, internal teams and third parties, as required
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve processes, controls, and documentation
- Participate in assigned internal projects
- Any other duties for the smooth running of the department
- Supporting and acting as a backup of other Finance team members
